How fast will I hear about a new complaint or violation?
311 complaints typically reach you within 1–2 minutes of being filed. DOB complaints are checked every minute, but the City usually publishes them about a day after filing. HPD and ECB/OATH records are checked hourly and sanitation tickets daily. We can only alert on a record once the City makes it public, so timing depends on each agency.
Where does the data come from?
From official City sources: the NYC311 portal and NYC Open Data datasets published by the Department of Buildings, HPD, OATH/ECB and DSNY. We match records to your properties by BBL (borough-block-lot) and BIN (building identification number).
Is this an official City of New York service?
No. NYC 360 Alerts is an independent service and is not affiliated with the City of New York. Always confirm details with the issuing agency before acting on a hearing or deadline.
How will I receive alerts?

What counts toward my property limit, and what if I need more?
